After five years, Writer's Room is back! In a new special, Rhys and Bash decide to bring back Writer's Room in the face of unemployment and boredom, with unexpected consequences...

The drama features returning cast members Rhys Dell as Rhys, and Sebastian Dinsmore as Bash. New main cast members confirmed for the project are Antoinette Novak as Rhys' uni friend, Maya, and Rowenna Gibson as podcasting executive, Amelia.

Producer Rhys Dell has said: "After five long years, Writer's Room is back. Bash finally convinced me that there was more to be done with this series, and so we're back for one night only with a brand new audio special and something to say!" Producer Bash Dinsmore is very excited to welcome audiences back and is delighted to be hearing that opening credits music very soon.

Writer's Room: The Inevitable Reboot is due for release on 9th April 2026.
